Stanford University's new Graduate School of Business complex includes eight buildings around three quads with 864 parking spaces below grade under the buildings and quads. Watry Design, Inc. worked with BOORA Architects to integrate the below-grade parking garage into the project and provided production drawings for the parking levels.

The 4-level underground parking garage has a landscape plaza and a faculty office building above it. Providing parking underground served to maximize the site for the 360,000 sf of academic buildings and landscaped open space. The project includes a 600-seat auditorium, dining facilities, student center with library and lounge, a career management center, executive education space and faculty and staff offices. The total project cost is $350 million.

Stanford received a LEED Platinum rating for the design of the Graduate School of Business and the parking was designed to contribute by providing alternative fuel vehicle and car pool parking.
