San Rafael Corporate Center was a Class A office complex located within two blocks of downtown San Rafael’s thriving and revitalized main street, offering tenants an abundant mix of retail, international cuisine and entertainment amenities within walking distance. The center, now the BioMarin Campus, is located within close proximity to Highway 101, the San Rafael Transit Center and the Larkspur ferry terminal, creating a unique opportunity for both auto and mass-transit commuters.  At the time, the center was comprised of two elegant three-story buildings.

To support the campus, the Watry team designed the 4-level Lindaro Street Parking Structure. Sustainable elements contributed by the parking structure, such as Low Emitting Vehicles, bicycle storage and total onsite parking, contributed to the campus' LEED Gold Certification
