Watry Design developed the parking solution for this branch library, part of a civic center also containing the City Hall and police buildings. The project, designed to blend with the existing concrete buildings, provides basement level parking beneath the library. The Watry team used sloping landscape to minimize the impact of parking and lightwells to provide air and light to the below grade space.
