
This project is a 233-unit luxury high-rise apartment complex located directly on San Francisco Bay across the street from Pacific Bell Park. The 14 story poured-in-place reinforced concrete structure utilizes post-tension slabs, concrete shear walls and a deep pile foundation. This mixed-use project includes retail and parking. The contracted amount of the project was $45 million. The staff of Watry Design, Inc. provided Structural Engineering and Parking Planning services for the project under the supervision of the Watry Design Group.
