Image for 600 Ellis Parking Structure Rendering by STUDIOS Architecture

Conveniently sited adjacent to US 101 and across the street from light rail, the six-story office building at 600 Ellis in Mountain View will provide approximately 259,000 square feet of office space as well as 21,000 square feet of outdoor work space.

Watry Design was initially brought on board to study multiple options for maximizing parking supply without increasing the parking footprint, including studying mechanical and automated parking systems. The team recommended consolidating from two structures into one, and provided a parking layout that would maximize efficiency within the structure.

The team was then selected to design the parking structure that would support the new office. The 688 stall, 8 level structure will directly connect guests to the office building on four levels.

In support of the project’s pursuit of LEED Platinum, the garage will feature photovoltaic panels capable of generating approximately 20% of the building’s energy use and over 10% of the parking stalls will have EV chargers. Showers and bike lockers will be provided to support employees who bike to work.
