This month, as we continue celebrating our 45/20 anniversary, we’re shining the spotlight on the unique, collaborative process has been a cornerstone of our success over the years. By integrating architecture, structural engineering and parking planning under one roof, we have the advantage of providing our clients with a holistic approach to parking.

We cross-train our staff in all three disciplines to ensure every designer in our firm understands the impact of their decisions on other design specialties. Our structural engineers learn parking layout, and our architects understand shear wall layout. We also utilize a parallel process rather than design with one discipline following another. Our team sits together, brainstorms, discusses and solves parking challenges with all systems in mind.

The benefit of this approach to our clients is a better user experience, a smoother design and construction process and often reduced project costs.

These collaborative efforts begin in house, but also extend to our clients. Over the course of our 45 year history, we have proven our passion for parking by taking our clients problems on as our own and teaming with them to find the best possible solution.

We invite you to see how our integrated approach has solved parking problems for a diverse portfolio of projects, which extends beyond market and delivery type to all stages of the parking lifecycle and into innovative parking technologies such as Automated Parking and Parking Guidance systems.

Here’s to another 45 years of making our clients look good!
