45/20 Celebration: Our Commitment to Collaboration

Over the past 45 years, Watry Design has developed a unique, collaborative process that empowers our architects, engineers and parking planners to provide a holistic approach to parking solutions. Using this process, we’ve created a collaborative environment that has far reaching benefits to our clients and to our team.

Collaborative design with not only our clients, but also other design professionals, contractors and subconsultants, leads to more effective and rewarding projects. It also drives higher employee engagement, higher retention, greater diversity and more innovation.

As successful collaboration depends on communication, developing and maintaining strong communication protocols is key to upholding our exceptional commitment to client service. Therefore, as Watry Design grew from one office to three, we took steps to ensure our team could continue collaborating together regardless of where we are located.

This dedication to collaborative communication has enabled our adaptable team to rise to the occasion when it came to setting up our home offices during COVID-19 protective measures. During this time, we will continue providing the same service you have come to expect, with smiles and good Watry humor.

We look forward to collaborating and communicating with you for many years to come. Stay safe and stay connected!
