As a Staff Designer with Watry Design, Chang has worked on a number of office campus parking projects and has experience in all phases of design, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as the San Diego International Airport Terminal 1 Parking Plaza.
She is a member of the International Parking & Mobility Institute, US Green Building Council and the Design Build Institute of America.
